MANAGER / SR. MANAGER EVENTS & SALES PROMOTION

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To creates and publicizes marketing incentives meant to increase sales.
  2. Job would include planning advertising campaigns and designing promotional materials.
  3. It combines advertising with promotions to secure future sales. Typical promotions include giveaways, contests, samples, coupons, discounts and reward programs.
  4. A should be proficient to use a variety of media to advertise the promotional messages. Campaigns can use direct mail, radio ads, television spots, newspaper circulars, Internet ads, social media, websites and special events.
  5. The incumbent must also analyze the results of campaigns to ensure their efficacy
  6. Researching markets to identify opportunities for events;
  7. Producing detailed proposals for events (e.g. Timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets);
  8. Agreeing to and managing a budget;
  9. Securing and booking a suitable venue or location;
  10. Ensuring insurance, legal, health and safety obligations are adhered to;
  11. Liaising with marketing and pr colleagues to promote the event;

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Reporting at a senior level to advise on and help to develop business priorities and strategy.
  2. Advising on the appropriate range of insight tools. Working with relevant parties to develop clear objectives which translate into insight objectives
  3. Helping to define what action is going to be taken as a result – being clear about the output of insight activity at the starting point – not at the end.
  4. Investigating the links between customer and business outcomes and ensuring that these are established, measured and tracked.
  5. Ensuring that all insight (including research and evaluation projects) fits and informs organisational business strategy as well as overall customer insight programme.
  6. Commissioning and managing major insight programmes, including segmentation and customer journey mapping.
  7. Coordinating and gathering of customer insight across key project areas on an organisation-wide level, with close alignment to analytical services, research and communication in particular.
  8. Disseminating key findings of insight and research programmes across the organisation in the timeliest way, ensuring that the information is widely understood and actionable.
  9. Communicating insight and research findings outside the organisation where appropriate, to partners and related organisations and collaborating with these organisations where applicable on joint insight work.
MANAGER / SR. MANAGER MARKETING & BRANDING

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Researching consumer markets, monitoring market trends and identifying potential areas in which to invest, based upon consumer needs and spending habits
  2. Looking at the pricing of products and analyzing the potential profitability
  3. Generating names for new and existing products and services, coming up with ideas for new packaging designs, including shape, size, color, fonts and imagery
  4. Overseeing the production of TV adverts, newspaper and magazine advertisements, direct mail packs, email campaigns, websites, exhibition stands, road shows and liaising with art designers, copywriters, media buyers and printers
  5. Checking marketing copy
  6. Supervising the sign off of marketing literature and campaigns, liaising with legal and compliance personnel, ensuring the designs and messages meet the company brand and regulatory guidelines
  7. Monitoring product distribution and consumer reactions through focus groups and market research
  8. Co-ordinating the launch programme to external customers as well as employees.
  9. The job can involve working with in-house marketing and communications people, as well as legal and compliance staff and numerous creative agencies. Incumbent will represent the company at all creative meetings, including photo and film shoots.
MANAGER / SR. MANAGER CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To creates, implement and oversee communications programs that effectively describe and promote the organization and its products.
  2. To assist in the preparation of presentations and/or speeches geared toward employees and consumers.
  3. The incumbent is responsible for coordinating and managing the development and production of communications materials for all development initiatives.
  4. The incumbent works closely with institution senior management and with unit directors and development offices in developing communications materials, proposals, and presentations materials to insure the efficient pursuit of private funding.
  5. Supervises and coordinates work of the communications team.
  6. Coordinate the work of development communications activities with the office of public affairs.
  7. Oversees and writes or edits development documents including: fundraising proposals to individuals,
  8. Foundations and corporations; fund-raising publications; communications materials, such as press releases, cultivation, solicitation and acknowledgment letters.
  9. Documents present official institutional policy and definitive statements of fundraising opportunities to a variety of external audiences including Regents, board, major donors and prospects, members, corporations and foundations and the general Public.
  10. Oversees and writes speeches and develops advancement position papers for senior management.
  11. The communications manager oversees production from draft creation through distribution of final Product. Executes, supervises or manages elements including: article/topic selection, research, contract Writing/editing, vendor deliverables -- from page proofs and blue lines to mail house operations.
  12. The manager participates in working groups to plan, coordinate and execute original communications Products and publications related to special events and programs.
  13. Develops content for information Brochures; reviews and edits drafts of correspondence, reports, and brochures for mass distribution;

  1. To develop, execute and track email marketing programs for customers, partners and potential clients.
  2. Incumbent must be abreast of the latest online marketing trends and practices.
  3. To develop communications that are relevant to target audience.
  4. Responsible for supervising the production of email communications such as newsletters, product surveys and feedback forms, company announcements and sales promotions.
  5. Work closely with their company's graphic design, product development and marketing teams to create visually appealing email templates, effective landing pages and other online messaging for various audiences.
  6. Utilize measurement tools and computer software to create mass email campaigns, track open and delivery rates, and monitor subscriptions according to spam regulations.
